Getting to know a little about each of you was a real joy. Your energy and presence are absolutely fantastic.
Few things to keep in mind as we continue this special journey together. Try to carve out some time—morning, afternoon, or evening—whenever it fits into your day, to simply sit and pause. Even just couple of minutes to sit and bringing awareness to your breath can make a meaningful difference.
For guided meditations, Insight Timer is a great app to explore. There are many good teachers on there. If you need recommendations, just let me know—I'm happy to share my favorites.
